Which network does OurCommCo utilise?
Answer.
OurCommCo uses the Vodafone backbone in Australia and will worldwide as we expand.

I have a number with another provider, can I port it across to OurCommCo?
Answer.
Yes in Australia all mobile numbers are portable. When you apply for one of our plans you'll be asked if you want to port your number. If you want to keep your existing number just answer yes to this question and we'll move it across as part of putting you live with OurCommCo

Do you provide any non contract phone plans?
Answer.
Yes we do, have a look at our SIM only plans. These are no contract plans.

How long will it take for my number to be ported?
Answer.
Once your application is accepted and we've notified you of that the porting process has begun, it will generally take up to 48 hours. We'll send you a new OurCommCo SIM card overnight anywhere is Australia and you'll be up and running.

How do I become a member of Our Communications Company?
Answer.
Head over to the Join Us page and complete the form. If you happen to be an existing member of Dynamic Rewards you can just use your account details and speed the whole process up. Membership of Our Communications Company is free and you can refer as many people as you wish to join you. membership to Our Communications Company is open to all worldwide.

What does my free membership give me?
Answer.
Free memberships give you a website with your own website name, a fully functioning online SMS application with 10 SMS credits and the ability to buy sms credits at less than normal prices. In addition you can refer others to your website where they too can sign up for a free site, get their own 10 free sms credits and so on.

How can I make money with Our Communications Company?
Answer.
Lets turn your free site into a money maker for you. By now you'll have probably emailed some people offering them the opportunity to win a free phone and some of them will have taken up that opportunity. Each of them may have taken up our offer of 10 free SMS credits. In fact some of them may have bought some more credits. By converting your free site into an Associate membership site you'll now start to earn money from all these sms credits being purchased by your referred site members, and when they start to use the services of Our Communications Company for their mobile phone calls and handset sent sms you'll earn even more.

What additional features do I receive as an Associate Member?
Answer.
Associate members can use their website to send business opportunity invitations, can access online web conferences and company sponsored presentations. Associate members are also invited to special company events and will have the opportunity to share in the company's full blown compensation plan and additional bonuses.

How can I achieve my sales level of $99 AUD per month?
Answer.
There are many ways. You could purchase $99 worth of sms credits through your own Associate Membership website, have a few of your referred website owners purchase $99 or more of Online SMS credits, sign up one customer to a $99 minimum a month phone plan or find a combination of any of these. So long as your personal sales to non Associate members is equal to or greater than $99 AUD you'll earn all commissions payable to you through the basic compensation plan that can be found here

If i sign up one customer that has a $99 bill each month, will that qualify me for my downline commissions?
Answer.
Yes all you need to do is be responsible for $99 retail worth of sales through the Our Communications Company program to earn your full downline commissions.

I have a contract with a mobile phone company now, can I still earn income from Our Communications Company even though I don't have a mobile phone account with you ?
Answer.
Yes. You don't have to be a customer of Our Communications Company to earn money from our compensation plan. Obviously if you do then you can personally vouch for how good our services are but not being a customer wont stop your income potential. We pay you a commission on all call and sms revenues generated by your customers.
